Want to Solve the Budget Crisis?

Are you interested in working at the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget? If so, we may have a position for you.

CRFB is seeking to fill three positions. The first is an opening for a skilled Project Manager with Hill and/or budget experience to direct day-to-day operations of one of our new initiatives in support of a comprehensive deficit reduction deal.  Bachelor’s degree required.  At least five years of experience in public policy and project management preferred.

The second is for a Senior Policy Analyst, who will lead and conduct budget policy research, write policy papers and other pieces for publication and perform analysis of policy proposals. Prior knowledge of fiscal and budgetary policy and proven quantitative, analytical, and research skills a must.  Graduate degree in economics, public policy, or a related field is preferred.

The final position is for a Program Associate, who would assist the Policy Director and other CRFB staff in researching and writing working papers, op-eds, and magazine stories, and perform budget research and analysis.  Proven quantitative skills and familiarity with the federal budget are required.
