Joey Garrand

Joey Garrand is a Policy Analyst for the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, where he works on the policy team to conduct research and analysis on a variety of budgetary and economic issues. Prior to joining the Committee, Joey served as regional editor of Capital Analytics Associates’ northern U.S. markets, helping to produce in-depth business intelligence on metropolitan markets and regional economies. Joey holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
