Frank Smith
Frank J. Smith is the Deputy Director of Congressional Coalitions, where he primarily supports the Committee's efforts with the Bipartisan Fiscal Form. The Bipartisan Fiscal Form is a group of members of Congress dedicated to sounding the alarm about the nation's unsustainable debt trajectory.
Before joining the Committee, Frank served as a Policy Advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris, covering her housing, small business, and economic issues. Before he joined the White House, Frank worked for Senator Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ). While working for Senator Sinema, he covered appropriations, banking, financial services, housing, small businesses, and health care.
Frank holds dual degrees in Public Policy and Political Science from Arizona State University and earned his MPhil in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford as a Marshall Scholar. Contact him at smith@crfb.org.
