Mitt Romney

Mitt Romney represented Utah as a United States Senator from 2019 to 2025. During his time in the Senate, he served on several committees including the Senate Budget Committee, Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, Foreign Relations Committee, and Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. He was also the Republican Party’s nominee for President of the United States during the 2012 election. Previously, he also served as Governor of Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007, where he worked to reduce the state’s budget deficit. Prior to holding elected office, he was the CEO of the private equity investment firm Bain Capital.
